You make an enquiry with us by submitting an online form or calling us on 01925 552808.
We call you to arrange a mutually convenient date & time for us to visit your property to look at the work.
We visit your property arriving promptly and ensuring we respond to every enquiry.
If there is ever a problem with a pre-arranged visit, we would always call to inform you and advise of any issues.
Once we arrive at the property, we discuss details of what is required with the client. We then usually write out a quotation, which is either accepted there & then, or left with the client if they need time to liaise with neighbours or partners etc.
Client confirms our quotation to proceed with the works via phone call or email or alternatively contacts us to ask any questions they may have.
Upon acceptance of our quotation we offer a mutually convenient date for us to come and carry out the work, and book it into our schedule.
We send a follow up email containing confirmation of intended arrival date, and a copy our quotation for your records.
